 Workshop offered by Eco Domaine la Fontaine
After getting to know each other, Léna will guide you through the gardens, where you will discover a wide range of aromatic and medicinal plants, depending on the season. You will then enter the artisanal drying room to learn about the process of drying and transforming plants into herbal teas  
Then it will be your turn! You will learn various farming techniques: harvesting, sorting, and blending herbal teas. Depending on your needs or desires, Léna will guide you in choosing the medicinal and aromatic plants for your personalized herbal tea blend. This will be a moment of tasting, discovering the scents and flavors of the plants harvested on the estate: there will be something for everyone! Verbena, mint, and lemon balm are among the best known, while shiso, agastache, and holy basil are some of the more original choices  
Once your blend is ready, all you have to do is package it and give it a name.
To end the day on a gentle note, Léna will then guide you through a moment of meditation.

To prolong the sensory plant experience at home, you will leave with technical summary sheets and your herbal tea blend   

This course is for anyone curious about plants, whether a beginner or an expert, who wants to leave with technical and sensory tools for making herbal tea.
