  The ultimate goal in the vegetable garden—being able to save your own seeds—requires some knowledge that’s easy to put into practice!

For the permaculturist, growing a vegetable from seed to seed is the holy grail. Whether it’s out of a desire for self-sufficiency, to adapt vegetable varieties to your soil and climate, or simply to preserve a rare variety, growing from seed is a wonderful adventure that brings great satisfaction to the vegetable garden.

In this workshop, you’ll see how the Eco-Domaine produces these seeds and ensures proper variety preservation for several vegetables in the garden. And you’ll be able to leave with seeds from the farm to plant at home.
