 Workshop offered by Eco Domaine la Fontaine
 On the agenda: 
  • Immerse yourself in the world of botany and make your own herbal tea bag tailored to your tastes with Léna, a farmer, herbalist, and herbal tea maker.  🫖
  • This plant lover will be delighted to welcome you when you arrive at the workshop. 
  • After getting to know each other, you will first follow her on a guided tour of the eco-estate's garden.
  • Depending on the season, you will discover a wide range of fresh, aromatic, and medicinal plants, including classics such as verbena, mint, and lemon balm, as well as more unusual varieties such as shiso, agastache, and holy basil. There is something for everyone! Léna will take the opportunity to explain the theoretical basis of her expertise  
  • You will then enter the artisanal drying room to understand the process of transforming the plants. 
  • Then it's your turn! Depending on your needs or desires, the artisan will guide you in choosing the plants you would like to include in your personalized herbal tea blend. 
  • Once your blend is ready, all you have to do is package it, give it a name, and of course taste it with Léna and the other participants: a wonderful and sweet conclusion to this delightful workshop! 
  • You will leave with your own custom-made bag of herbal tea, ready to enjoy this sensory experience to the fullest once you get home!
