Treat yourself to a unique experience in harmony with the water! This summer, Julia Martinuzzi, in partnership with the Pornic Nautical Club, invites you to discover Paddle Yoga, a creative activity open to everyone.

Whether you're a beginner or a regular practitioner, come enjoy the benefits of a session surrounded by nature to:
  • Reconnect with yourself and disconnect from daily life
  • Connect with the marine environment in a soothing atmosphere
  • Gently improve your physical abilities (balance, core strength, flexibility)
  • Enjoy a friendly and rejuvenating time under the summer sun
