This hike takes you through the coastal area of La Plaine-sur-Mer 

Imagine leaving the hustle and bustle of the town behind, and entering the tranquility of the countryside 
After a short walk, you'll reach the foreshore, that vast expanse of sand and pebbles revealed at low tide. You'll then follow the coastline, passing charming fisheries where colorful boats are reflected in the water.

Continuing on, you'll arrive at Port du Cormier, a small haven of peace and quiet 
From here, a path takes you to Tharon, a village offering exceptional views over the Loire estuary. You'll be amazed by the immensity of this estuary, where the fresh waters of the river mingle with the salty waters of the ocean.
