Find the services of Echos Nature, a company of nature guides and professional seaweed harvesters  since 2017 in Pornic and the surrounding area.

Dulse, Sea Lettuce, Sea Beans, Kombu ... perhaps these names ring a bell?
These wild seaweeds are responsibly hand-picked by Julie and Vincent and then dried at low temperatures to guarantee optimum product quality and flavours.

The Power of Seaweed
Textures, colours, fragrances... Each species has its own uniqueness and flavour! The health benefits vary considerably depending on whether you eat green, red or brown seaweed.
Of course, seaweed is an excellent source of iodine, but it also contains fibre, minerals, trace elements, vitamins and proteins, and even has antioxidant and antibacterial properties.
