This self-contained gîte is located on the ground floor of Villa Kerval: a separate property between the owners' accommodation and two other small gîtes.

  • a bedroom with king-size bed (160x200cm),
  • a shower room,
  • separate WC.
  • From the living room, you can access the private terrace with sea views. An electric griddle is available.
Secure parking for one vehicle is available on the gated property.
