Safari et Tenu : a wild and mysterious walk in Port-Saint-Père 
 
Looking for an outdoor adventure that combines animal discovery and natural beauty ? Then the Safari et du Tenu trail in Port-Saint-Père is for you! This walk promises a complete change of scenery in the heart of the Loire countryside. 

Stroll along the Planète Sauvage wildlife park and be surprised by the exotic cries of the animals . You may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of gazelles frolicking about, antelopes grazing peacefully or even hear the barking of elephants ! 
But that's not all ! The tour also takes you to discover the surrounding vineyards  and the Jutière marshes, where the Acheneau flows into Lake Grandlieu. A wild and mysterious landscape awaits you, ideal for daydreaming and contemplation.
As you stroll along, you'll be charmed by the diversity of the local flora and fauna. Watch the birds take flight from the marshes, admire the multicoloured flowers that line the paths and breathe in the pure country air.  
 
Our tips for making the most of your walk :
  • Leave early in the morning or late in the afternoon to avoid the heat and take advantage of the cooler temperatures.
  • Watch out for wild animals and don't get too close.
  • Take time to admire the scenery and recharge your batteries in contact with nature.
