Presentation

 Do you know how to cook seaweed?  
Through this activity, Echos Nature invites you to discover the world of seaweed, from the rocks to your table.
An activity full of discovery and creativity that will delight your eyes and taste buds!

  • Preparation of simple and original recipes

 Important information
This activity is suitable for both adults and children. Given the length of the activity, children who wish to participate should be aware of what the programme entails. It is also recommended that they have some interest in cooking. We therefore recommend that you inform them before registering.


 Bring all the necessary equipment so you don't miss out on anything during this seaside activity
To get the most out of the activity, we advise you to bring the essential equipment with you. This includes wearing boots or shoes that can get wet, dressing in weather-appropriate clothing, bringing a bucket, a pair of scissors for collecting seaweed, a knife, a notebook to write down all the information, a chair for back comfort, and containers to bring back your preparations.
