Presentation

Welcome to Pornic on the circuit of the Canal de Haute Perche.
From one side of the river to the other, crossing a few footbridges, take the tree-lined paths that border the Canal de Haute Perche (a former coastal shipping route in the hinterland) and lead to the Sainte-Hélène rock.
Undulating landscapes, hedged farmland and agricultural atmospheres surround the path. The walk continues on the banks of the Val Saint Martin pond.
Many opportunities for recreation and relaxation are offered just a few blocks from the city and the old port of Pornic.
It is possible to discover the municipal fishery with Michèle MARTINO, member of the Council of Wise Men as part of a visit "MEETING WITH OUR PASSIONS" entitled THE RIVER OF HAUTE-PERCHE AND ITS FISHERIES "Over the water" organized by the Office of Tourism Intercommunal Pornic.
