Poiskaï Sud : fish smokers from father to son! Located at the entrance to the Marais de Lyarne aquaculture park in Les Moutiers-en-Retz, Poiskaï Sud opened its traditional smokehouse in 2022. In this warm and unusual setting, you can buy and taste directly on the spot, or opt for a takeaway option. Emoji fish

Charcuterie Bernier : this good address in Chauvé is known throughout the region for the quality of its often award-winning products. In his laboratory, Laurent Bernier, Master Charcutier, and his team concoct a veritable bouquet of flavours.

Le Garde manger : local, organic and zero waste are the watchwords of this rather original establishment! Grocery shop, refreshment bar, caterer, snack bar and bookshop! Located in the centre of Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef.

Organic products from La ferme Gineau : know-how handed down from generation to generation. This committed business, based in Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, stands for values such as respect for the environment and animal welfare. Try it out and adopt it!

La Boîte aux fromages : a little cheese before dessert! Situated in the heart of Les Moutiers, this carefully decorated shop offers a wide range of cheeses and dairy products.

Stage 2 - Sweet treats  

Whether they're "the best for last" or a simple treat, Destination Pornic's sweet treats will have you salivating.

Pâtisserie Chocolaterie Gavet : this is one of Pornic's must-visit spots and has been a family affair for 5 generations! Bertrand Gavet, Master Chocolatier, has created his own "Délicat&Sens" chocolate: a hint of acidity, followed by sweetness, a fruity cocoa taste and a long finish. A real firework display!

Les Irrésrésistibles Petits Biscuits : in the upper town of Pornic, Alain Le Poultier makes delicious, multi-flavoured shortbread, moist chocolate biscuits, crème caramel and generous gift boxes using 100% local, artisanal products.

Brioche Buton : the story of Brioches Buton began in 1962 in a traditional bakery in Chauvé. Today, the production site is a family business with 130 employees, specialising in the production of brioches, milk breads, etc. In the factory shop, you'll find a selection of beautifully filled baskets.

La Fontaine au miel : a family-run business based in Pornic, producing 4 to 6 varieties of flower honey all year round from 500 beehives in the Pays de Retz. Distributed in a short circuit, this honey promotes the region's farmers and offers quality production while preserving pollinators.

La Brûlerie de Pornic : and to finish? Tea or coffee? Share the "Secrets de torréfacteurs" made by Sandrine and Christophe. The workshop, which is certified fair trade SPP (small farmer producers) and organic, offers a range of coffees and infusions to discover in their shop and during the visits they offer all year round (Fridays by appointment).

L'Epicerie 1900 : a veritable institution in La Plaine-sur-Mer, this shop is a charming little grocery shop that was opened in 1914. Its delightful wooden front and beautifully decorated windows invite you to discover a high-quality range of local products.

L'Esperluette : an eco-responsible grocery shop in Pornic where you can find truly local products grown or designed within a 100km radius of Pornic: organic, unpackaged food; bread and vegetable baskets; zero-waste hygiene and cleaning products, etc.
